update on life

So, tomorrow I am going home. Back to Iwaki.  I have to be at the airport  in 11 hours!!  I am looking forward to it!

My friend syuria is going to be staying with me for a while (YAY!!) and will be commuting to Yotsukura for work.  Darn, but that's going to be a long train ride...well....I guess it won't actually take much longer than a taxi would...it may even be faster, definitely cheaper, but Yotsukura is 5 towns north of where I live in Izumi.  It's almost 20km. I guess she'll be getting up earlier than me.  That being said, I am really glad she'll be staying with me! I can't wait to see her again!

So I have finished packing (except my laptop and pjs) and I'm all set to go.  Only problem is I am not the least bit tired :(   I never did get my sleeping patterns straightend out.  I have to be up in 7 hours and sleep does not seem to be coming anytime soon.

Anyway, I will be heading home tomorrow, spending the night in Tokyo and then heading to Iwaki on Friday (Thursday evening for people in Ottawa's time zone). I'm looking forward to getting back home, but am not looking forward to the mess that will no doubt greet me upon my arrival. :/

I will also need to go grocery shopping for I have little to no food left in my apartment too....yay.
